[Feature Request] Please Add a `toolbar: bottom` Option

Some users prefer to have the toolbar at the bottom of the editing area - as it is by default with Kirby's textarea field. As we already have a toolbar option - to hide it - it would be even better if it could have one of 3 parameters...:

...the default...

toolbar: top

... or the alternative...:

toolbar: bottom

... or just hide it:

toolbar: hidden
