Please Add Way to Hide 'Help' Menu

We prepare our own "how to use Kirbytags" document, which we give to our users upon completion of their site. We do this so we do not overwhelm the user with too much information - and stop those that want to experiment too much from creating extra work for us. Therefore, in our case, having menu items that direct the user to the online Kirby manual, and the Markdown guide, is not very helpful.

The 'keyboards shortcut' item is extremely helpful, and it would be great to keep that. But if keeping that means that we'd have to keep the other 2 commands in the Help menu, then we'd rather just hide the menu altogether.

I know its possible to do this via CSS, but rather than 'sneaking around' and hacking it, I just thought I'd make a suggestion to actually give users the option to hide the Help menu in the future.
