Improve Approachability

Right now just getting into playing the game is complicated / not friendly.
In particular, choosing spells is gross, changing spellbooks mid match is gross, the chat commands are hidden, etc.
I started changing things around to help this - namely, choosing the IP to connect to is now a command line option, and it defaults to my domain.
