Could you ammend your readme.md to include typical line how to start Esp-Idf-Monitor-Simple-Profiler.

I would like you to add typical values for:
MAKE, TOOLCHAIN_PREFIX, PRINT_FILTER
It would be great if you could make this examples for windows, mac, linux environment.
