Upscale whole folder on Windows

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to batch upscale a folder of images in Windows but for the life of me I cannot figure out how. Can anybody help me with a command or batch file that will do it from the root of the git download?
Apologies, this is what does what I'm looking for. Custom folder is just called Ag. I think I glossed over it the first time because of the --tile parameter which was failing without an argument obviously.
