Can not get the correct result of KernelGAN + USRNet

Use the given code of KernelGAN+USRNet, the PSNR is only 15.84 on DIV2K valid dateset of scale 4.
But the result of scale 2 is same with your paper.
Unfortunately, my results of scale 2 of KernelGAN or KernelGANFKP + USRNet are not the same with this paper. May I talk with you?
