Did URLs change?

I keep getting network errors today when I load a list. An earlier issue said URLs lool like
https://open.spotify.com/embed?uri=spotify:user:xxx:playlist:yyy
What works is https://open.spotify.com/embed/user/xxx/playlist/yyyy

Yea I was actually busy finishing my last exams etc. However, if you can improve it yourself just open up a pull request :)
