For some reason using Maestro with this solution is not working.
I have an old classic ASP solution which is using the same SagePay account and Maestro shows up.
For this solution Maestro is not showing up

As far as I can tell this isn't an issue with SagePayMvc. Accepted card types are defined at the account-level. If you log into your SagePay account's settings area as an admin and then you should see a "Payment Methods" section that shows which cards your account is set up to accept. If maestro is missing, you should be able to contact support@sagepay.com to add it.
