The Cleanup Functions page is referenced in the menu but lacks content

It is linked from the menu at http://jointswp.com/docs/ but just goes to an empty fragment (jumps to to the top of the page).
If I go to /docs/cleanup-functions manually it seems to work, but it is a blank page.
Same situation for Custom Login, Pagination, and Related Posts.
