Superflous translation CLA

No other project has a CLA like that. I don't see why it would be needed, and it is a hurdle.
I think it makes more sense to have them agree that their translation fall under the MIT license but I am not a lawyer. Why would that be a bad thing to do?
It has already been done.
The user already accepts the provided license when contributing to the project is what it says in 6.4.
The main component is also listed as a glossary, which further makes translation difficult.
Remove CLA, and unlist the main component as a glossary would fix things.
