Testing Suite Improvements

1. Currently the scheduler testing does not work, despite the scheduler working correctly in production. (Existing tests are fixed.)

2. More tests are probably needed, particularly if #9 is merged which would expand currency choice.

3. Make the scheduler test take less than 60 seconds.
