Monitor(s) do not turn off during Standby

When ds4windows app is running, it won't let Windows turn off the monitors. I tried changing various settings like hide ds4windows and that didn't help. Only when ds4windows is exited is when Windows will turn off the monitors during standby.
Upon further examination it appears the issue is tied to the configuration under "Output Slots" tab. When a controller is marked Plugged then it doesn't let the monitors turn off during standby.
Incorrect port issue reported.
