Allow users to create a new sidechain wallet at the click of a button

That way the user only needs a Lisk wallet to use the app.
If they discover a new sidechain that they like, they can create the wallet with one click from the trader UI and buy some sidechain tokens.
This is for sidechains that have a Lisk-compatible address system.
I will add an endpoint to lisk-dex so that the lisk-dex-ui app can easily check if a sidechain token has a lisk-compatible address system.
Implemented in the Leasehold fork.
