The order book graph looks glitchy when there are multiple orders at the same price level

Maybe the data needs to be combined before it's fed to the graph widget.
I saw this and it bugged me too. I think I have a fix. It’s because multiple price levels aren’t being merged.
Fixed in the Leasehold fork.
