Add "Monitor Index" option

Similar to that of "Your Flyouts," a monitor index option would be useful for those who have their monitor of index 1 set as a vertical monitor.
This is because I was unable to see the clock on my desktop because I think it appeared out of the boundaries of the monitor (1080x1920)... I am unsure how you compute the original render location but the default could me MONITOR.WIDTH/2 x MONITOR.HEIGHT/2
You can simply drag the clock onto your second desktop. Try reinstalling ModularClocks if that's not the case.
I made this issue because the clock never appeared on any monitor after reinstalling.

I changed my primary monitor to the landscape one and the clock appeared, but after I moved it to where I wanted it and switched my primary monitor back to the portrait one the clock disappeared.
