Bugged Pickups - Impish Vodka and PMEC_DR_Lab Research

Impish Vodka pickup item cannot be interacted with, and Research quest item in Prixus Labs fails in the same way.
Go to Bone Halls and/or Prixus Labs
Attempt to pick up the Impish Vodka item or Research notes
no "Take" message displays on HUD, able to interact with these pickups.
Tested Imp Vodka issue with other players, but did not take the time to attempt to replay through the panri questline to confirm Research issue as repeatable.
In my case specifically, most concerning is that I completed 2/4 research notes in the lab some time ago in a previous version, and now am unable to pick up the two remaining Research items in order to continue/complete the mission, despite them spawning normally during free roam play.
All other interactables, potions, and quest items function normally in my testing.

Update: tested with GoThongs HUD v2.1.4 (and its past version of PanRi level) and was able to interact with both the Research items and Imp Vodka, so it seems to have been something that happened between those versions.

I've had the same experience with several random pickups all over the different maps with the most recent beta huds. The items bugged seemed to be random, such as the Goblin Sweat bottles and possibly more recently added pickups to the game. How they are "bugged" is by being rezzed out as phantom by default. Manually editing the item to not be phantom allows the item to be picked up.
Hi I think that this is caused by the new portal script which does not enforce non-phantom now. Panari inventory pickups will be enforced to non-phantom when the script loads next update. But quest items like the research must be updated manually. So please report any more of these that you come across!
