MQ04: Cannot advance using, "Missing Cloth Shipment", Option.

Describe the bug
Trying to speak to the snake man in MQ04 after you've picked, "Sale". Then, choosing, "Missing Cloth Shipment", doesn't advance the NPC forward for some reason.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the snake store man.
2. Click on, "Sale".
3. Try to click on, "Missing Cloth Shipment".
4. It does not load or advance for some reason. However, other item choices WILL advance forward.

Expected behavior
Clicking on, "Missing Cloth Shipment", should be working. However, it doesn't work for some reason.

The one thing i noticed was the call to change the desc to make the forge selectable with E seemed to didnt fire properly. might have issued it to a different link. After i manually changed to desc it worked fine.
