Add German and French Example sentences

I think the example sentences page can be tabbed out to include the french and german example sentences. This will make it easier for folks in other languages to get the sentences figured out.

For now i'm thinking just using tabs in mkdocs-material as opposed to trying to fully translate the docs. That might be for another day.
