Implement caching with the Transient API

Currently there's no caching, besides minimal with an option.
It would be good, especially as a user can enter any username and continue hitting profile pages and the WordPress.org Plugin API, to implement some basic caching.
I'm thinking of using the Transients API for this.
This is now fixed in v0.2
