Adjust background size when saving portraits

If portrait is larger than the background, then when saving "Portraits" background should have options to deal with this.

Some options include

  • Scale background image to portrait image
  • Tile Background image as needed
  • Use scaling and positioning from main panel
  • Use scaling only from main panel
