Getting started for Linux

The Linux version depends on some external dependencies which are not documented.
As far as I know, at least the following apt packages are required:
sudo apt install libgtksourceview2.0-0 libao4on Ubuntu 18.04.
The bsnes file is not executable. This can be fixed by adding a chmod +x bsnes when creating the artifact.
