Bind download progress window to main window

Make it so that the progress window is tied to the main window: when one moves, the other moves too. When one is minimized, the other is minimized. This behavior occurs on kde plasma, but I want to make it consistent across qt desktops such as lxqt.
Initial support added to beta.
