@ankostis and @vinci1it2000 I've been assigned this but it's not clear to me what I have to do... is it pinning xgboost<=0.82 in co2mpas forge recipe?
Yes. There are also some other limitations like wltp and pandalone.
@stefanocorsi did you apply this version-limit in co2mpas recipe, needed by Vinz?

Pandalone is a custom version that I'm including in the distribution directly from @ankostis's code, what about wltp? What limitation should be included?
wltp<1. But this is incompatible with pandalone >= 0.3.

@stefanocorsi @ankostis you should update also syncing>=1.0.4.
