Crashing on startup with 3.03 (Android 12)

My car was updated to 3.03 last night (w. Android 12, to the best of my knowledge). Unfortunately, CarStatsViewer no longer works, it just crashes/dies on startup. There is no message to start the service after a reboot as there used to be.
I just saw that my issue is a duplicate of one from yesterday, and that was closed as fixed. I am unable to find any updates to the app, but I am closing this issue since it's a duplicate.
