Do not include FITS_OUTPUT_COPY.0 datastream into PREMIS XML

This datastream is added to the FOXML before it gets passed to the XSL processor soley to enable the FITS output to be inserted into premis:objectCharacteristicsExtension. We don't want it also included as a regular datastream.
