Does the MSI installation work for Visual Studio 2019 Community?

Is Ironpython supported by Visual Studio 2019? I install my MSI and have setup environmental variables, but cannot see ironpython within my visual studio project templates.
I believe Visual Studio removed the templates. See microsoft/PTVS#6466
