Add common UI widget sets

Utilize some common design themes:
- add neomorphic flutter plugin
The Neomorphic thing isn't maintained. Tons of bugs. Someone fixed some of the bugs, so I am using the fork via a git repo. Might need to take on the fork or drop it. It looks nice.
