Depreciated BT LE beta support and reduce layout features

The BT LE beta not working correctly and is far from complete. The support may return later if web bluetooth will be functional.
The layout is something cool but in my opinion it's too much for project. The layout features will be reduced to basic pagination and dialog which are required for single page layout (Chrome apps).
