GitHub Actions are failing on MacOS

Problem Report

Since the migration to @IntersectMBO, the Haskell CI MacOS jobs are failing with:

cabal update

dieVerbatim: user error (Error: cabal: '/usr/local/opt/curl/bin/curl' exited with an error:
dyld[6709]: missing symbol called

Please do not include screenshots or images, but instead cut and paste any relevant log messages
or errors.
