Clean up benchmark execution

The benchmark execution needs some cleanup

• Unnecessary dependencies are declared (e.g. MagicDraw UI plug-ins or JUnit)
• Benchmark parameters, e.g. model file or output locations are non-trivial to set up

By cleaning up the codebase a bit the benchmark will be easier to maintain.
