General Notes

"survdat" package in R for data wrangling (v1.0 used here)
The Mid Atlantic Bight data has a gap in 2017 due to ship issues leading to low coverage
I used mean stratified biomass in kg/tow over abundance #/tow - a better measure of energy within the system and takes into account not only changes in numbers of individuals, but the weight of those individuals
