Sample Excel file is not being loaded in Spreadsheet - Generate View and Save Data sample

Description
Clicking the "Generate Workbook" button doesn't do anything.
Steps to reproduce
- Open https://staging.igniteui.local/18-1/spreadsheet/create-view-save
- Click "Generate Workbook".
Result
Nothing happens when you click the button.
Expected result
A workbook should be generated.
There are a lot of errors in the console output.
This is not the right place to log these issues and the samples aren't ready to test.
