File is not being loaded in the Spreadsheet - Import Data From Excel File samples

Description

The samples asks you to load a sample Excel file but eventually the file is not being loaded.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://staging.igniteui.local/18-1/spreadsheet/loading-data
2. Follow the steps described in the sample.

Result

Nothing happens after you load the file.

Expected result

The file should be loaded in the sample.

There are a lot of errors in the console output as well ;(
