Text and buttons overlapping in Spreadsheet -> View Configuration

Description
The text "Enable decimal places formatting" is on top of the "DELETE SHEET" and "DELETE CONTENT" buttons.
Steps to reproduce
- Open https://staging.igniteui.local/18-1/spreadsheet/view-configuration
- Examine the bottom of the area where the sample is displayed.
Result
The text is on top of the buttons.
Expected result
The text shouldn't be overlapping with the buttons.
It's happening in both in EN and JP, in Chrome and Firefox.
