The panel returns to its original position too easily

Describe the bug
When dragged to the opposite side of the screen, the panel returns to its original position too easily

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start dragging a panel, first to the other side, back to the original side and back to the other side
Make a very small movement to the original side of the screen
Lift the finger
The panel moves back to the original position

Expected behavior
The panel moves to the edge of the screen it's currently closer to
