add config for dataverse-kubernetes

There's a job at https://jenkins.dataverse.org/job/dataverse-k8s/ but I don't believe the config has been captured in this repo. It should be added next to IQSS-dataverse-api-test-suite-docker-aio-develop.xml for now. (Eventually we should organize these files and establish a naming convention.) Here's how the job looks:
