On Dataverse map, fix Recherche Data Gouv's "more..." link

The "More..." link at the end of the installation's description points to https://iqss.github.io/dataverse-installations/recherche.data.gouv.fr instead of https://recherche.data.gouv.fr.
In the Crowdsourced information about Dataverse installations Google Sheet, I entered recherche.data.gouv.fr in the installation's about_url, and for some reason "https://iqss.github.io/dataverse-installations/" seems to be added to the front of it to create the "More..." link on the map.
The other installation's "about_url"s have the http or https and work fine, so I've added https:// to Recherche Data Gouv's about_url to see if that makes the "More..." link point to the right page.
Cool, that worked. The urls in the about_url column seem to need to include the http or https.
