Older version of Zelig download/Seemingly unrelated regression

I am trying to implement seemingly unrelated regression (SUR) using Zelig. However, it seems that newer versions do not support this model, but version 3.0-1 does. When I try to install this version, it exits with error. Any tips on how to install this pacakge/implement SUR using Zelig would be very helpful. Thank you.
