Asking data example in Bivariate Logistic Regression

I wonder the data that used in Bivariate Logistic Regression, http://docs.zeligproject.org/articles/zeligchoice_blogit.html#examples

I'm confused what kind of data that load in that syntax and I want to try with the example data.
