AmeliaView - Typo to link of help file

Bug in version 1.8

Using the documentation menu the used link is not showing the documentation (only a empty site).

Fix:

For example the link could be corrected to: http://r.iq.harvard.edu/docs/amelia/amelia.pdf
Btw. the document is about version 1.6.2.
