Downloading large packages

It is unable to download large packages (tested on package with 300+ experiments). Creating this package takes more than 60 second. That leads to connection timeout to server.

It is not true. The exception is "No space left on device". There is no connection timeout.

Proposed solution -> Increase the disk space
