add contact information on home page

The page https://artemis.incf.org is very empty. When I encountered #97, I knew that I could go here and report it. Others won't know where to go with questions or report issues. Hence I suggest to add some email contact information for general enquiries, and perhaps direct here to github issues for technical support questions.
