A multiple choice question in which a user does not want to select any of the options cannot be marked as complete

If someone does not want to select any of the options on a multiple choice question and leaves it blank intentionally, this still counts as an incomplete question. I am not sure how to best approach this problem.
Found a solution: we first ask did you use .... with options yes and no, and only offer the options if the user says yes
