It can change vote even in `show` state

When the organizer show the decks, voters still can change votes, which should be prevent. Someone might change his vote during discussion.

This operation is ok. You should have the chance to change your mind. Imagine a scene that first time you voted 8, but after you listen to the ideas of others you want to change you mind and vote 5.

The behavior is expected as @hiveer mentioned.

Say all of us are in a grooming meeting, when the result is displayed, both you and hiveer voted 5, but I voted 13, then the organizer will ask why I voted 13. During my explanation, if one of you think 'oh I missed something, so 13 is ok', you may change your point. If not, organizer will also ask us, 'Anyone of you want to change your point?', to make sure everyone is on the same page.

BTW, to indicate anyone who re-votes, we make the bounce animation re-triggered, I think it's enough to show who changes his/her thought when the result is shown.

Every Scrum team has its own style. An one-size-fits-all Scrum poker app will be too complicated to be practical if it is at all possible to make. In Poker4Fun, our vision is to create a flexible tool in which we impose as few restrictions on the user as possible. It is the reason we decided to not include any access control or user role, or block the users from changing their vote after the cards are shown. We let the teams to decide their own meeting conventions instead of dictating what they can or cannot do in the app. Any participant can be appointed as the “moderator” who shows the cards or clear the table, or change their vote after discussing with teammates. On the other hand, since we make all participants’ actions visible to the whole team, everyone would consciously abide by the convention agreed by the team.

@hyjk2000 you are right. For our team we have about 15 persons, it's hard to spot someone has changed his point, and we want explanation for any unnormal points. After the explanations we prefer clear the votes and vote again. But anyway, this still is a handy tool.
