create privacyView in /shared/app/PrivacyView
make the ui
use SF symbol for lock icon

@shriram-alagarasan please pick up #33 instead. as we're so short on time we have to work on issues based on priority.
@aaryankotharii Designers told there'll be no more changes in the privacy policy. Lemme go ahead and add this in the app?
@mintbomb27 this the least priority. work on anything else but this.
