add: LoginView basic UI

UI is same as Enigma 7.
- Create LoginView.swift in /shared/app
- Create CustomButton.swift in /shared/views/common
- add two customButtons in LoginView and call functions for google and apple signin.
- for logo on LoginView just put
Text("ENIGMA").title()
