python driver builds fails at docker step

Describe the bug
With current connection version 2.10.0, the python build fails at docker building step.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Create development environment and run python3 build.py gives errors ate docker building step.
Expected behavior
All python driver builds should succeed

Additional context
After updating connexion library to the latest 2.14.2 version, the build is successful.
