The tag 'ibm' in StackOverflow does not exist

You mention in your README that one can ask a question on stackoverflow with the tags 'ibm' or 'object-storage'. But the tag 'ibm' does not exist and therefore you need at least 1500 reputation to ask a question with that tag.
Creating the new tag 'ibm' requires at least 1500 reputation.
My suggestion: change the 'ibm' tag to 'ibm-cloud-storage' (which exists) in your README.
