Change OpenWhisk to IBM Cloud Functions

IBM Bluemix OpenWhisk has been renamed to IBM Cloud Functions. On the Garage Method site, which links to the code in this repo, instances of OpenWhisk are being replaced with IBM Cloud Functions.
To maintain consistency and accuracy, please update instances of OpenWhisk in this repo to IBM Cloud Funcations. Note that references to Apache OpenWhisk, as opposed to IBM Bluemix OpenWhisk, can remain as is.
