Feature Request: Pause and Resume functionality for urlgrab

Having a pause and resume functionality could be really handy as we can pause the task at hand when we are facing network/other issues and resume later once it's sorted out.

I will look at the possibility of adding it. If it's compatible with the underlying framework I absolutely will implement this.
